Does anyone know what kind of string did roddick use during his davis cup game? I saw him playing bjorkman today and he was using a blue-ish string. I never see him play with that before. Thanks.

Ya, I'm thinking it's ALU Power ice blue, but that would be odd. He normally uses a nat gut, and hurricane or polymono hybrid, right? So why would he switch to luxilon, or maybe he got custom blue strings from babolat.

I don't think it's ALU, when you look at pictures of his string job, there is no gray string in there. It's all like natural color. Not the color of BB original or like any other luxilon.

Normally he uses a Ballistic/Gut hybrid strung at 63lbs., but I was surprised when I saw his strings when I was watching Davis Cup on ESPN.

I just called Babolat direct and the person I spoke with informed me that he was using their polyester string, Pro Hurricane in a new blue color with Natural Gut VS Touch 16G.
