Epic strategic jinx to distract and made ****** feels secure, Fed will prove his legend of the 32 year old eagle in Paris soon.

    The Strategic Plan:

    - Let Nadal win so he'll be overconfident --> Nek minnit, loses 2nd round to Rosol again.

    - If Nadal lost to Roger, he'd be seeded 5th (assuming Andy plays) so he might land in Roger's quarter. But now he's seeded 4th, Roger is safe until at least the semi-finals... assuming no upsets.

    Genius.

Otherwise why would he SV that much on clay?

You know that you can always count on the GOAT (Genius-est of All Time). ;)

    Relax folks, ...
I DID have my doubts before the final today, but those have been well and truly put to rest now.

It isn't a foregone conclusion but it's at least likely that Roger will win this thing.

Fed needs to send a care package to Murray. He needs him well and playing so he and Rafa can't meet till the final — and if the Eagle Gods allow, wind up in Andy's half of the draw while Rafa plays Novak in the semis (should they both get there).

Great. Now we have pathetic jinxing and anti-jinxing by Nadal fans to make themselves feel good. One would think the fact that he is a firm favourite on way or the other would be enough to please them.

Sexi would struggle to lose a set vs Murdl on clay. The only defeats Rogi has suffered @RG are to retirees (Soderling), multiple Slam winners (Guga, ******, CVAC) and/or dopers (Puerta).

It's a curse to be the second-best CCer in an era dominated by one of the two best GCCOATs.

Your post and this whole thread make me laugh:D

You know what? You guys are right. He does have a good chance of winning RG. He looked pretty strong in the Rome final. I saw him hitting a couple of winners past Nadal, the so-called clay GOAT. If he just plays every point like he played those points, he will win this tournament. I'm not saying he's a lock, but I sure as hell think he's the favorite.

It's all Roger's plan. Getting as much money as he can from tournament appearances, commercials, exhibition in South America, all this to bribe the FO organisers to put Djoker and Rafa in the same quarter. Then he'll sort the rest out himself.

Interesting you say that, because I remember RFederer so upset that he won only 4 games in the final, that he went on to try to lie about it in a press conference afterwards, claiming he had won 5 games. Fairy RFederer is always looking to add that little bit of extra sparkle, which he doesn't deserve.
