Surely not. Daniel has played Nadal in the first round of the French Open before and gave a Nadal a tough match.

Nadal must have seen yesterday's matches and wanted to hand his own beatdown.

Nadal's topspin is really bothering him, no doubt.

The ball is really biting into the court. Even from this poor camera angle it's easy to see it explode off the surface.

I think Daniel regrets being in the main draw. This is humiliating.

    It's good, but it's still 126 mph.
In the UsOpen Nadal was hitting 134 and 135 mph regularly..

It's only the 1st round. Rafa should use this match as a pratice.

That's how I imagine what would happen if they put some random guy from crowd to play Rafa.

Nadal wins the first set, 6-0.

For the record, the last triple bagel was at the 1993 French Open, when Bruguera beat Champion. Hewitt beat Corretja 6-0, 6-0, 6-1 at the 2000 Australian Open.

You don't save anything during a major. You play your best tennis from Round 1. Fact is, Nadal had shoulder problems by serving too hard. It seems he's a little circumspect with the speed and going for placement a little more. That's much the best course for him..

Meanwhile Daniel is injured. Boy is Nadal lucky or what :)
