Hey guys, can anyone suggest me a running routine that will improve my stamina and speed on the tennis court?

I am considering running 4 miles at a moderate pace and/or sprinting for 30 seconds 5 times with rest in between.

Can someone give me some suggestions?

    Thanks

The answer is, both. However, I would lean more towards the sprints than the long runs, because the long runs will do more damage to your joints and tennis is already giving them enough pounding.

Running is good but you also need to add Plyometric to your workout.

Plyometric will add more hops and reaction explosiveness to your footwork.
