Record and ranking speaks for itself. Milos has too much game for Harrison right now but anything can happen.

What makes it interesting is that Harrison beat him in their only pro encounter and beat him in juniors even though he's a fair bit younger.

Milos vs Harrison at 1:00 pacific std time. Benneteau vs Istomen at 7:30 pm. I'm kind of surprised Raonic and Harrison aren't the night match.

Me too but I'm not complaining since I only have tickets to the day session! I wanted to see Malisse/Knowles in the doubles as well so I got my wish for the day session matchups, haha.

I thought the only chance I would get to see Harrison/Raonic would be if Roddick beat Istomin.

Hope to see two great matches in a few hours.

Anyone in Canada know if any channels / websites will be streaming the match?

Last year they had every single Raonic match on sportsnet.ca, but it looks like the live tennis section is gone on that site :(

It was on for Chennai 2012.....the last half of the season was bad since Milos was out with injury. Sportsnet could not capitalize.

My TV decided to flunk out as soon as the tiebreak started...Or maybe it was the Tennis Channel because every other channel works.

    What was the TB score?

It looks to me that Milos is just serving so well that Harrison hasn't been able to get into his service games. On the few break chances he's had, he hasn't capitalized. Milos, on the other hand, just rallies with Harrison until he gets either a short ball he can attack, or a forehand that he decides he can go for. Harrison has a solid backhand and can hit winners with the forehand, but his isn't enough of a weapon yet. Raonic is simply better today.

except for a monster serve and occasional boom forehand i don't find Milos' game so interesting. he also tends to grind, instead of use his abilities for S&V or being aggressive.
his almost a little bit of an improved Isner, which is not so good.

Benny was definitely impressive last night, but he was helped quite a bit by Darcis, who simply went away in the second and third, 1 and 2 ... and based on past h2h, he's the fave tonight ... sooooo i'll go out on a limb and predict Istomin FTW .... i'm not really familiar with either guy's game, but based on what i've seen here in san jose, istomin seems a little more solid, even tho he's unseeded and is ranked no. 61, compared to Benny's 34 :p

Monfils' withdrawal has really shaped this into a fairly straightforward title defense for Milos. Kamke-Anderson-Harrison-Benneteau/Istomin on indoor HC is probably the easiest 250 points he's ever going to get. I thought Andersen was a fairly tough draw for the QFs, but with Roddick and Monfils gone, he's probably by far the toughest opponent Milos will need to face.

One of his more interesting matches was against Ferrer at AO last year. He was coming in quite a bit and played very well to win the first set.

He does play that "serve and turf" style though. I think that's what BG calls it anyway, lol. He's also pretty reluctant to hit the backhand most of the time, loves to run around it for forehands.

Looks like Milos is getting a little bit of confidence back and is not fretting about his knee. Harrison is a good tennis player and he's scrappy but he doesn't have any weapon, any go-to shot for when he's in trouble. I can see him having a good career but not Top 10.

Milos of course has his serve, and his forehand when he's not making dozens of errors off it so he'll give almost any player in the world some trouble but geez I have trouble getting enthused about watching him. I find him so boring and being Canadian I want to jump up and yell and cheer for him. He just ambles around and doesn't show any emotion on the court to pull me in and involve me with him. Still love to watch him win though. :)

Who will have the advantage if he plays Benneteau? They played last weekend in DC and Milos won in straights but lost in doubles. Does that give Benneteau an edge having faced THE serve? Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Very nice win for Milos - blew Ryno off the court in the 2nd. Plays like this tomorrow he should defend easily.
