I walk out on court and start warming up when I feel a bug land on my back. I turn around but can't see very far past my shoulder. I put my arm back there to swipe him off, but there is no bug. A bird just took a dump on me and I smeared it across my back.

I changed shirts and wiped off my hands and resumed playing like total shizz. Lesson learned. When a bird takes a dump on you; call it a day.

I have seen a similar thing happen in a (luckily) funnier way.

I was sitting in a cafe in Paris when this young guy drove past on a scooter. He was going maybe 15mph, there was some traffic. Luckily for him he had his visor down because he proceeded to collide with some bird sh*t in mid flight straight to the face. Impeccable timing! As a result he got a shock and presumably couldn't see. This led him to hit the curb and go over the handlebars, landing on a series of little cafe tables on the sidewalk, a few people were eating so he ended up picking himself up covered in food and with a face (well visor) full of bird sh*t.

Now that my friends is a sh*t day...luckily he was unhurt as it could have been much worse if he had been going faster or hit a lamp or similar....

    :) :)

It happened to me once on the beach. By a seagull. Talk about stink?! Smelled like fish. At least I was able to run down to the water to wash it off.

A few years ago, about 20 of us from our office went to an afternoon Brave's game. A pigeon pooped on my boss. Her comment? "30,000 people here and it had to pick me!"

What's the old saying? "Sometimes you're the dog. Sometimes you're the hydrant."

I swim a few laps after tennis. I do the back-stroke to stretch out. There's Canadian Geese always flying over-head to the near-by lagoon. After reading this thread, no more mouth-breathing for me.
