so i've been playing a full bed of OGSM -16 for awhile now.

    WOW factor, i know...

i also have a reel of the 17 and gonna try using that for awhile.

i have been stringing the 16 at 58#, should i go up to 59 or 60
    for the 17?

    thanks.

I'm not a pro stringer, but I've been going by the rule that you change one thing at a time to realize each effect individually. Change tension or gauge. And as your point is to switch to 17, the tension would stay the same. Then you could make an observation if you'd like to stay the same, or go up or down with tension for your specific racquet and playing style.

agreed. that's the general plan, just wondering if there was a "general rule" to such a basic change.

    thanks.

^^ I would second that, makes as few changes as possible to see the difference in each change.
