Recently I've been playing around 15 hours of tennis a week and my feet have seriously felt the added hours on court. My usual calluses have become bigger and blistering happens under them now. I was wondering if anyone else sands their calluses to prevent blistering.

Need to take care of those feet, I have one of those ped-egg things and it works pretty well. I never get blisters on my feet though sometimes my calluses will pinch if I haven't shaven them down in a while. Under Armour performance socks help a lot as well.

the Ped Egg is awesome, my gf got me one and it works wonders.
Also, soak your feet in hot water and epsom salts(old army trick), will toughen them up
