I guess it was my turn this time. Sean was selling his Nike CB 4.3s, so I contacted him about trading for some BF II's, which he refused, so we opted for a cash sale instead. http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=428040 I send payment on 6/20/12. He states that he would ship it via UPS since he has an established shipping account and it's easier for him. I agree, but because I was going to be out of town, I ask him to not ship it until 6/27 or 6/28 (I get home late from work and when I miss UPS deliveries, I get the yellow stickies for a future rescheduled delivery that I'm never home for anyway). He agrees. I send him an email days later, after I sent payment, to confirm he received the payment and my instructions as to when to ship. He confirms, and states he will send me tracking information on either the 27th or 28th. No word from Sean on either of those days. I send him another email requesting information on shipping. Nothing. Send him another email and wait another 3 days...nothing. Finally, I filed a non-receipt claim through Paypal and after a week or so, got my money back today. Still no word from Sean. Things happen I'm sure- but no communication when there was a steady stream before? Sorry Sean- but the only thing you confirmed is that you were an unreliable seller.
