Sebastian Grosjean, is definitely one of the most underrated players of all time. The man is a beast on the tennis court and on the soccer field. If he didn't purposely lose in grand slams on purpose he would have more slams than Nadal, Sampras, Federer and Djokavic combined.

    Thoughts?

He's ranked outside of the top FIVE HUNDRED in the world now. He's played like two main draw events this year. He's 31 and not getting any younger. It's small, scrappy players like Grosjean that are the most affected by age, so it's unlikely that he'll be able to come back.

Sure, I liked watching him play 5+ years ago, but the game has passed him by. The French are well-known for taking care of their retired players, so I'm sure he'll have a fun time after he hangs up his tennis shoes.

Call the DEA. Only way for a guy to think that about Grosjean is if he is running a bunch of yayo and using a good deal on himself.

lol wut a load of bs. he did not tank at slams. grosjean sure was good at wimbledon, france, and australia making a few semis, and he had the razor sharp forehand and jumping ground strokes. his main problem was imo 2 small. he had a good serve cuz he mixed it up a lot with placement spin and pace. but b cuz he was so small he couldnt blast ppl off the court like sampras. no way would he get more slams than those guys combined. delusional fan.

I thought this was another bump thread from like 2005 or something. The fact that it isn't is even sadder.

I think this is a ridiculous thread. Please go away again for another 5 years if you have nothing better to contribute.

I am still trying to figure out who Djokavic is and how do you purposely lose on purpose...
