Tsvetan Mihov getting hammered again today down 6-1 2-0 to Hunter Reese. He lost on Friday to Pasha 6-1 6-1.

I've not seen those work at all today. The doubles scores didn't come in until the matches finished. If it weren't for Tennessee's blog and audio broadcast there wouldn't be any way of knowing what was going on. South Carolina's sports media department must be as poor as Mihov's game at 1.

Whats with UGA? will they lose today? would be not too bad for the sec..cause Floridas ranking will rise a lot

2-0 Vols. Reese just beat Mihov 6-1 6-1 so that's 2 matches in a row Mihov has lost by that score. Other 2 courts in progress are headed to 1st set TBs.

Florida always plays Georgia tough in Gainesville. A win by any score down there would be good for Georgia. They've got a fight on their hands today in singles. It'd be nice if Smith and/or Wood could pull out the 1st set in a TB. Having Florida up in 5 matches would make it tougher.

The very first page of this thread from back in 2012 was the last time Georgia played at Florida and in that match it was tied at 3-3 and Florida's #1 led 5-1 in the 3rd and lost 6 straight games to lose the match.

There isn't much of a difference in talent level between Florida's #1 and #6 so those guys are pretty interchangeable. It's good they have the depth but they aren't going to be overwhelming favorites at any of the spots. Watson must have the hottest hand right now so that's why he's getting the call. Look at Diep he played at 1 and 2 last year then started this year at 5 and 6 and is now up to 2.

Nice swing in momentum there for Georgia. Both Smith and Wood won the 1st set TBs, Brasseaux won his match at 4, and Pieters won the 2nd set at 5. Wagland is about to take a double breadstick from Diep - at this rate Wagland will be playing at 1 next week.

Rhys Johnson not playing today for Vandy after losing 4 of his last 5. Vandy up 2-1 against Miss St with a few in the 3rd set and Lipman 2 games away from winning at 2. Lipman was down 5-0 in the 2nd set and its now 5-5.

Yeah that's classic stuff. I saw that Alford won at 5 to make it 2-2 then Wood won at 6 to put Georgia up 3-2.

Florida Twitter doing updates and Watson just beat Pasha 7-6 7-6 so it's tied at 3-3 and comes down to #3 singles. Smith won the 1st set 7-6 and is serving 4-5 in the 2nd.

I was surprised the set scores were as close as they were. Ore was about to go down at 4 and 3 and 5 were even.

Mississippi State came from behind and beat Vandy 4-3. Vandy won in straights at 1, 2, and 3 and MSU won in 3 sets at 4 and 5 and won the match decider at #6 in straight sets.

It was getting a bit close at the end. Ore has been a bit disappointing at 4.

The middle of the sec is getting very tight now...everyone from the 6th to 10th(11th) team can beat everyone

    1) UGA ve not lost since the 4players vs MSU ita-indoor game, and beating OSU, SC and UF in one week is great. UF-game was very tough, but they ve won it. vs UK on Friday could be a good game

    2) Texas A&M, easily swept Arkansas and LSU, only one bad loss this season, getting swept @ Kentucky, also i think they are better than them ,they are doing a Rice+ TCU this next days

    3) UK had good home games vs both Mississippis , at UGA and at Vols now, will be interesting how deep UK is...

    4) Florida swept the Vols...amazing and took UGA to the wire, thats the reason why i carefully compared them to Kentucky, UKs resume is still slightly better...mainly of the A&M game, Florida lost it and Kentucky beat them.

    5) Vols, lost easily at Florida plus easily beat Vanderbilt, i ve to drop them now behind UK and Florida, Liebitis is a problem right now, They play UK on Sunday, big game

    6) MSU lost at Kentucky and won at Vanderbilt, this gets them by Vandy.

    7) Ole Miss gets a big jump now, moving from 10 to 7, solely on the Vanderbilt win, but the Vols win sits pretty high, higher as the losses to Auburn and Alabama (sth was not right on that point of season)

8.) Vanderbilt took a bad weekend, losing both home games vs Mississippis, and so the fall down to 8 , that can change if they can beat Auburn/Alabama in 2 weeks (a thing Ole Miss not had done..)

8.) Auburn, won at Alabama, this separates them from the bottom 4, they ve no Top25 wins..a thing what Ole Miss has...i not really like to put them 2 places behind the Rebels..but...

    10) Alabama , they are fading very fast now...never had a chance yesterday vs USC

    11) USC, never a chance vs Tenessee and Georgia, but competition was just too tough....need to make noise the next 4...Alabama,Auburn,LSU,Arkansas to jump up

    12) Arkansas , were swept by A&M, need to make some noise at MSu and Ole Miss this weekend, but i doubt it

    13) LSU, lost nearly to GWU.but a win is a win, and gwu is not that bad, and they fought the Aggies really well, was 0-4 at the end..but were in 3rd sets on court 3 4 5 , and lost 3 tiebreakers on the other courts..tough loss...even a win was not completely impossible

Anyone know what Sean Karl's current situation is? Any chance of the Vols putting him in the lineup considering the depth issues they've been having? Or is he still working his way back to full health/fitness (I know he did play a decent number of matches in the fall)?
