Sending shoes in for durability guarantee?

Last time I sent in a pair of breathe cage ii's to nike for their durability guarantee, and i didn't get a response back whatsoever. I'm thinking i didn't follow the proper process to send them in...?

Therefore, this time i'm hoping to actually get shoes back, so how am i supposed to send them in/what's the procedure and how soon should i hear back from them?
