Serena is crazy, funny and a real asset for tennis. Roddick...was not so much..

I think the tennis world has really wonderful characters around with very peculiar traits. Serena is completely unique. At the moment, she is the strongest of the ladies pack and she can really put together some wonderful shows.

I have laughed so much when watching her singing and dancing at the Late Night Show

Many are sad (for a reason) about Roddick retiring. He was a good player... agree... a bit of a character (funny and arrogant at times), but Serena's package is at completely different level.

I hope she will play till she is 60 :)

Given the current quality and depth of the WTA, it's safe to say your wish will come true.

S/he's a foul mouthed, obnoxious and abusive body builder. If Vika had a half decent serve, Williams would be looking at early retirement. Should have been thrown out of the game a long, long time ago.

I don't understand the need to bash Roddick. He was his own man and if Federer rates him then I don't think he needs further approval.

She's great for the sport... sometimes a bit awkward when trying to please everyone with some forced wit, or a dance but otherwise just fine. One can't have it all. She's a tennis player first, for me at least. I enjoy watching her play and root for her.

and her schedule too. with a few well timed injuries, she could last well into her 60s!

Must be so awful watching her romp to victory so often. Your bitter tears are extra sweet.

Whether you like her or not, Serena IS Women's tennis. Ask any American which tennis player they know and they willl always say SERENA Williams. Despite her sometimes abrasive attitude, she has brought tennis to the casual tennis TV watcher. Love her or hate her she has done more for USA tennis since Sampras...and problably more.

"I Will Survive" was also a go to song for linespeople (Asians and all) karaoke night out but no more after Serena wanted to cut off a lineswoman's Air Supply:)

Yeah, you must be "leaking" in anticipation of the vid. She swallows him in the end, I heard, much like the Widow Spider.
