I am actually waiting for some babolat rpm team strings and other stuff from tennis warehouse Europe and i have to pay a fee of $25.70. for some reason i just hate fedex not because of the fees, its just how they deliver. I have to go 20 minutes to the fedex pick up center to get my package and i have a fedex literally right across the street. I ask them to drop it there for me to pick up but i have to pay $20 to do so. Never again from fedex.

Both FedEx and UPS are bruttal to Canada, with UPS being worse. They almost always charge the "brokearge and handling fees". It could be as steep as $50 for $5 item.
From US to Canada the USPS works the best.

I feel your pain. I've paid as high as 120$ "Brokerage fee" from UPS on an order before. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I have found that the USPS works best domestically in the US as well. I got sick and tired of begging FedEx and UPS to hold onto packages for me to pick up, and coming home to find them lodged in a snow bank with little regard for their fragility. Way more convenient to contact the USPS and have them hold onto packages for me to pick up.

Same here! They dont even have an option for pick up they just keep coming back to your home for the delivery when im not even home. I had to travel a long way just to get my package for pickup even though i have a fedex real close to me but they wont drop it off there
