serve needs some help

    I've been self learning serve for a about a year now mostly by watching Roger's slow motion videos.

    Main thing is, you're swinging too slowly.
    If you could swing faster, all your serves would need proper body positioning.
    At your swing speed, you can get away with the flaws you mentioned.

    I think if you really tried to swing as fast as you can, with some control, you will find your form gradually changing, hopefully for the better.
    You already know what form is needed, having watched vids of pro players.

    Here is a frame sheet of one of your serves. Next time try to make a recording in daylight you will get a sharper image of the frames due to the shorter shutter speed with sunlight
