I've really been working on my serve a lot lately (100-120 serves a day, 4 times a week or so), and have a pretty reliable first serve from the Duece court because that's where I've been practicing from. Can control it pretty well going down the "T" and out wide, etc...

But I have trouble directing my serve from the ad court, and I'm wondering what the standard/proper foot and court position is when serving from here.

I stand a foot or so from the "T" on the deuce court when serving from there, with the front foot pointed towards the net post. Is it a similiar setup when serving from the ad court?

Same thing, point your left foot at the right net post (if you're a righty). Also, practice from both sides..
