i started tennis 2 years ago and im 5'7 my first serves are only at 90mph max and i hit 80's on average. my second serve is a kick serve and it's like 60mph average. what should i do to improve the serve speed and consistency? other than the obvious "practice" choice.

First of all, you sound very realistic.
Your speeds would be just about correct for someone your experience and size. You even have the second serve speed figured out nicely.
Would be nice to see a vid of your serves.
You can watch servers and motions of guys your height, and try to copy somewhat. I like Hewitt's motion....he gets 125 out of his slight, 145lbs. 5'9.5" frame.
Watch the vids and have a friend critique with you while watching, then watch your vids and figure out what you lack doing.....
