I heard the new version is a bit more flexible and also has a bit more flex in the hoop. is this true? I liked the previous version but I thought it had a bit too much power and was too stiff in the hoop (I now play with the BLX 6.1 tour 90).
Is the new version a bit more flexible and does it have lower power and more touch?
Second question: which string setup will make give it touch, while maintaining low power?
    Wilson sensation control?
    wilson NXT control?
    head RIP control?
    Thanks for any input!

The newer version definitely has a softer feel to it than the previous and more hoop flex IMHO. The power is still there but it is more manageable and the swing is definitely 6.1.

String setup really depends on you. I played one with full poly at mid tension and it felt great. I played another with full syn gut that wasn't bad but definitely was not what I would have played with.
