Now am not a tight sort of guy but ive had 2 fellow residents, I work in a small office complex, asking if they can share my broadband while they wait for their lines to be installed.
Ok cool, it doesst actually cost anything BUT it slows down my speed and one resident would be enough but 2.
    Any views..?

ps i bet those telcecoms wizards can prob track down my ip from this post alone and blackbook me forever on the web or spam me or soemthing like that.

It should be fine as long as they don't download anything.

It would be fine, provided they don't download any huge files, or more importantly, upload many files. Having three people share the wireless will certainly slow you down a little though, as the physical medium is shared on top of the fact that you would be sharing bandwidth.
