    Hi TW!
Is it possible to shipp a stringing machine to Europe? Or is it a weight limit with FedWx?

Sorry, stringing machines and ball machines are drop shipped to continental U.S only.

Well that sucks. You'd sell so many Revo's. Hell it would still be cheaper paying shipping than buying locally.

Equinox, this is not really our decision. Alpha (and other stringing machine companies) don't ship to Europe due to excessive shipping costs. I just checked with Alpha, and was quoted approximately $450 shipping to Europe for the REVO 4000. I'm assuming other machines would be the same, or more. However, in the case of Prince NEOS machiines, Prince would prefer you purchase from a local distributor.

    Thanks for your reply don.

$450USD is very dear shipping. I expecting more like $250-350USD.

Does that price hold steady for shipping to Australia?

Most of the comparable crank machines in my country cost about $1050USD (non-stand) to $1250USD (stand).

Also once you import over $1000AUD ($830USD |83c) you get slugged 10% GST tax, plus fedex charge import broker fees ($45USD).

If the shipping was under $280 it just might be worth importing.

If i run into troubles down the line, What kind of support does alpha have outside the USA?
