I recently got new Nike Air Max Cages around a month ago which replaced my worn down pair of shoes (also Air Max Cages), but now, sometimes when I run or do fitness exercises, the bottom of my foot, on the outside, feels strained - almost like a tendon is being pulled.

Is there something wrong with my shoes? I did not have this with my previous Air Max Cages.

    Thanks!

The question obviously is unanswerable. Surely you realize that a person is capable of sustaining an injury even if he has not changed his equipment (or replaced equipment with something ostensibly identical)?
