Hi, everyone. Well, I am a junior tournament player and I used Alu Power in my Ktour @ 60 lbs. until I began having arm problems. I love this string, but it felt really tight at 60. So I was wondering, if I put it at about 50-52 lbs. would it be as bad for my arm?

about how many hours have you had it in your K-tour? After about 10-12 hours, it loses it's playability and can cause potential problems for tennis elbow.

I've had it in for about...15 hours. A long time. And do you think I should string it in the low 50s?

You get 10-12 hours out of Alu? I only get about 4-6 before it starts to play differently/worse.

To the OP - I play with Alu Power Rough at 60 lbs. I love it! It works perfectly with my style of game, and my arm is doing just fine. I think a lower tension would be better for your arm, but I am not sure it will make a drastic difference. Give it a try though and see what happens - that is the only way to truly find out. Good luck.
