Recently, I've had some shoulder/rotator cuff problems during and after matches, most likely due to my heavy serve

Are there any brace-like products that are good to wear during a match that will help my shoulder? I see knee, ankle, and elbow braces all the time, but never shoulder braces. Also, is it worth investing in a cold/hot wrap for the shoulder that you often see baseball pitchers wear after a game?

    Thanks in advance

I looked around for some sort of shoulder brace/support item and didn't find anything that helped in any way. As it turns out my rotator cuff is torn and there isn't a shoulder brace or support that is going to fix it.

Your shoulder probably subluxes when serving. Search for the EVS SB03 Shoulder Brace online. This should help stablize your shoulder when serving. I recommend searching for internal and external rotation exercises for the shoulder joint. These exercises helped me immensely when playing in college. At one point my shoulder would actually not only sublux but dislocate and pop back in when serving.

Also search for the Pro Line Shoulder Ice Pack System, or the Pro Series Shoulder Ice pack System. This ice pack system actually allows you to pour water and ice into the pack. I recommend icing after every match until your pain subsides. The last thing you need is an inflammed shoulder when recovering from serving.

thank you very much, the EVS brace appears like it can be worn while playing, which is what I was mainly looking for
