It seems like to me that all the pros keep their lead shoulder (or shoulder with the racquet in the hand ) down below the other shoulder. I think that when i hit instead of rotating i'm pulling my lead shoulder up so im not hitting into the ball and im having trouble fixing this. Can anybody help me even though i dont have a video tape of me hitting?

Just an opinion you may be standing up just before impact.

Actually the most ideal forehand has parallel, level shoulders throughout the stroke. And of course a still head.
