Skin Coming off Bottom of Foot

    i forgot whats that called but w/e. what should i do cause i got a match tomorrow. band aids? athletic tape?

    I've used athletic tape for ripped skin on my feet and it works quite well. The only time I've needed it was from running barefoot though, not from tennis.

    You could catch all sorts of nasty bugs by running barefoot.

    To OP, it's called blisters?

    Running barefoot is very beneficial though, both for strengthening the foot and learning to run more anatomically correct. You just have to make sure the surface is clean, especially if your feet aren't used to it and are more susceptible to cuts/blistering.

    yes doing stuff barefoot is beneficial, like since my backyard is concrete, id go outside and walk and do stuff ever night barefooted out there, it helps to strengthen ur foot and make ur feet harder
