Topaz, we need to stop talking about this. Now my other foot is starting to ache.

Those insoles had better get here quick . . . .

You read my post about the men's size in 1.5 sizes smaller being the exact same fit, didn't you? The men's black/wine isn't a bad look, its mostly white.
The women's defier used to come in white/red/silver, which was very cool, but they discontinued that color. Now I'm buying the men's shoe and my husband amuses himself by referring to me as a "cross-dresser".
I'd like to hear how you like the shoe when you get it.

Ace, I did read it and then promptly forgot. I ordered the women's size. Doh!!

If they are too vomitrocious, perhaps I will have to break out a black sharpie and, erm, customize them.

hahah..thats what a friend of mine told me to do ("why can't you wear these?!!! they hardly have pink on them!?!?!!?" ........... "I just CAN'T!"....."ok, then just use a sharpie.").....however...you will see...the bottom of the shoe is also pink. I flipped the shoe over and showed him, and he went "ooooooooohhhh".

the pink really isn't THAT noticeable though, my friend wears the pink, and they just look white. so as long as they feel ok, you'll probably be able to live with them.

It means you cant simply click on the link, and you have to reconstruct it and type it in.

It's also a reminder for those who actually care about their point of view.

Stores pay tons of money on advertising, they would prefer that they dont have other sites advertised on their own message board.

Besides, knowing a brand name is usually enough even if TW doesnt sell it. The prices are usually about the same no matter where you go. (especially due to price fixing for a lot of the tennis items)

OK, I got my Superfeet yesterday and put them in my running shoes. I have to say, they are pretty comfortable. My arches felt better immediately, just walking around the house in my running shoes. I took them for a test run this morning. I'll ice and see what happens.

Cindy, Are the Superfeet insoles rigid, or are they flexible and cushiony?

Very rigid. Nothing like the gel things I've been using. You remove the in-sole in your own shoe, use them to trim down the Superfeet, and slam them into your shoes without the original in-sole.

I just used them in a 2-hour match. My feet feel terrific. I loaded up on Advil, so it may be the drugs talking though.

The best thing for your feet (especially plantar's fascitis patients) are properly fitted orthotics that replace the insides of your shoes. They require a prescription and should be fitted only by a very good podiatrist. Their expensive ($400), and they usually aren't covered by insurance.

2nd best in my opinion are the gel inserts for the heel. I use dj Ortho procare silicone heel cups.

    1) H-bird customer service blows, as I found out returning an item;

    2) K-Swiss are cheerleader shoes, but you can get the accents in various colors on their web site. You can even get a Clemson tiger paw sewn into them. Why don't you get some bobble socks while you're at it.

Looks like I'm late to the party as always.

    Cindy-

Glad to hear they're working out for you. I had the same experience in that within a very short time of using them, my chronic PF was gone and I haven't had the slightest recurrence yet.

Now if I could just do something about those pesky double-faults...
