okay, well i've been playing so much lately because i want to be really good at tennis and possibly play D-1 tennis. i practice twice a day for 5-6 days a week and sometimes it's three times a day if I have a tournament that day. Could somebody tell me something that would really help keep my muscles not so tight everyday because i seem to be so sore after playing 2 times a day then playing a tournament that night (up to possibly 3 matches if i win) and then the next day i feel very sore all over my body and play horrible! I would like to know some types of foods,drinks, etc. that would make me energized, and ready to play the next day? thanks!
