I'd be willing to travel as south as San Diego and as North as Santa Barbara. If there was a really good camp that was far and decently priced I'd think about it.

Has anyone been to any of th Nike tennis camps in SoCal or the Wilson tennis camps? How about Advantage Tennis Academy? Any responses would be appreciated.

When I lived in Orange County 9 years ago, I belonged to the club out of which Advantage Tennis Academy operated. They were in a secluded portion behind the main club courts. Saw quite a few very good juniors there.

    My info is old though.

Just how good are you? Santa Barbara camps had good instructors when I lived there but the local kids who are bound for div 1 scholarship to strong school would not be regulars there. If ur really strong they can invite these kids via the grapevine. This would be the case up and down So Cal.

Suggest u contact them and ask for references.

I'm a high 4.0 player but I am improving so by summer I'm looking to move up. At my high school there aren't that many good players so I'm looking for a camp where I can play stronger players. Where in Santa Barbara are these camps?

I can set you up with some 4.0's in SB if you want.

    Hey cluckcluck,
I would like hat except that I live near Pasadena so driving to Santa Barbara to play would be too far. For a summer camp it would be ok. I'm also open if you or anyone know any 4.0s or juniors willing to play in the Pasadena or La Canada area.

Have you tried craigslist for hitting partners? If you're ever near Riverside, let me know.
