I am looking for a good spin poly that is easy on the arm and at or under $10

    Look for a hybrid

Try Dunlop's Explosive Hybrid String Pack... Great feel, and spin, great for the arm

PolyStar Turbo works well even at higher tensions.

From this site you can't really go wrong with Weiss Cannon Silverstring, Signum Pro Poly Plasma or Topspin Cyber Blue.

I would look at the new Signum strings. You can get them on TW EUROPE - DIRECT LINK: www.tenniswarehouse-europe.com/catpage-STSIGNUM.html and maybe soon on TW USA.

The spin poly is called Signum PRO Tornado and the normal round one is called Signum PRO Hyperion.

I like the Hyperion better than the original Signum Pro Poly Plasma and Pro Poly Plasma Pure. Give them a try.
They are not board stiff like the old Pro Poly Plasma was :D

well the best spin poly i know is Pro Supex Blue Gear at 16 gauge. excluding shipping i think i bought them for 9.50, a little stiff though, i think they would go great if you hybrid them with http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageACFORTEN-SIGPPP170W.html but i'm not sure what gauge, i'm fairly new and have been asking around, will repost with more information

While Blue Gear is nice, it is stiff. I am currently using Genesis Spin X and it is rather soft for a poly and provides good amounts of spin. Nowhere near as much as Blue Gear but overall it is a better string. Somewhat similar to Tornado according to some members here.

try out the prince tour string. i really like them, they are pretty soft, good spin, don't move, very durable, and cost like 7 bucks.
