So according to UPS, my TW order arrived at Louisville, KY at 2:25AM. Departed at 5:08AM. And then departed again (yes the same place) at 1:32PM. This was yesterday...My pack is still in transit, lol. No arrivals yet...

Anyone had a similar experience, two consecutive departure scans?

I did have a bad experience. I ordered a video camera and it took 2 weeks to get it. When it arrived I noticed it was in a FedEx box!!! I tracked it all over the country. I guess the UPS guys didn't like the box.
I checked further into the company shippng my product, they had a arrangement with UPS that if the product didn't make it when scheduled they didn't have to pay for the shipping, so it was to their advantage to ship it in a competitors box.

Later they shipped an extra item to me without me being charged, about $70 worth. Again I checked their website and I didn't have to pay. They called me with a sob story but I kept the item and told them we were even.

Was this UPS Ground? What day did they predict they'd deliver? The same location is problem not true - probably moved to the local center closer to you to go out on the truck Monday. 2 day means 2 days. Unless you pay extra to get it overnighted, even if it gets to your town they're not going to deliver it. I have one that got to the center Saturday too - still listed as 'on time for 7/19'.

Monday should be the latest. It was UPS worldwide express. It's supposed to ship to a city in Ontario,Canada but...it decided to depart from Louisville twice :(

At one point in time, it said I had an exception (no details were given) but 10 min later, it's back to normal...which I don't find too normal...anyways gotta wait till Monday

"Monday should be the latest"?? Were you hoping to get it on Sunday? Saturday? Relax

Well last timeit only took one night :/

Oh well, Im too overhyped. But can't help but worry (although it's only been 2 business days)
Another thing that's troubling is that my pack apparently entered ON, Canada before it went to Kentucky...and Im living in ON...

I ordered some replacement grips a few years ago from TW and it went all over the country for a few weeks. TW eventually sent me another shipment and made it their problem to find the original shipment. TW impressed me with the way they handled an issue that was not their fault.

Yep, TW customer service is amazing.

UPDATE: lol...no prob with UPS now. They just didnt update their tracking. However, the double departure from Louisville is still suspicious. :D
