1. Stay on your toe all the time, never flat foot. Alot of starter people say they hit good on the run. 2. Blend your arm and shoulder, just relax. Never straighten you arm or leg. 3. Always look at the ball. Even if you not that good, as long as you know what the ball is doing, then this is going to help you improve your timing and your stoke. 4. Stay focus. Never think of other thing, but think to improve your stroke and your game. 5. Take it slow. Develop your owe game and stoke, never take it to fast cause your not going to get no where like that.
