Unless rabid Fed fans start wearing them for good luck or something...

Just as well. I hated that shirt. I was just talking earlier this week with someone in the Nadal camp about his attire this year and how horrible it's been and how they are really need to change the look and they agreed. I'm sure we'll never see pink on the OCD boy again thank god.

If Nike paid me $100 to take one off of their hands, I might consider accepting one to use to clean my bathroom with.

It's already sold out....for Nike that is, apparel is purchased up to six months prior to it hitting the store shelves, whether it sells from the end retailer can be a different story :)

If that's the case, it's lucky it was a limited release (therefore limited production run). So there weren't as many of them made as with other colorways this year.

I think that if Nadal got to the finals that sales would go up somewhat, but it all depends on what the consumer wants. If they love Nadal, and want to wear whatever he wears, then they will probably buy it. If they are looking for good clothing instead, then they will buy another t-shirt. Preferably the Federer polo.

That stuff's going to be hard to sell to be honest. A friend of mine that works in a local shop here is not highly optimistic the shoes or clothing is going to move.

I think the colorway is too extreme to bank on a player's rep/recognition to get people to buy that stuff. It's even more extreme than Agassi's "Rock N' Roll" days with Nike. I think someone at Nike's is about to be or has already been fired.

what about the black and pink CBs that go with it? sure they have the raging bull logo on the side, but i dunno how i would feel about wearing those on the court.

I hope they do get stuck with a lot of them, that way I can pick up some for cheap at the outlets.
