massage your foot and try to rub the pain out...good foot inserts and cushions that area...maybe Dr. Scholls Gell inserts the ones that ask Are you Gellin?

for the wrist...rest to make sure you are not on the verge of getting tendonitus
use wrist supports...after resting for sever days (or weeks if needed) move your wrist around and around and loosen it up also wall push ups or modified push ups after than manual labor

read up on repetative motion injury and tendonitus and read how to prevent it

always remember becareful be fully aware how your body feels and don't over do it

tennis is not worth getting hurt over

There are probable lots of good tennis shoes out there, but I recently changed from Adidas Barricades to Asics Gel Resolution because I think they provide more cushioning. Here is a link to a review on this shoe: http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/Revi...ESWReview.html
Also, no shoe manufacturer has a decent insole in their shoes. I think good insoles add substantially to the cushioning of any tennis shoe. My favorite is the Sof Sole Men's Stability Insole. Here is a link to a recent thread on this subject: http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showt...hlight=insoles
Here is a link to a site that sells a lot of different types of insoles:

    Hope this helps.
