I saw a shop selling white Sonic Pro and Kirschbaum strings and am tempted to try... I've seen really mixed thoughts about them on the forum though.
Lately I've been playing with ALU Rough (no tennis elbow thank goodness) but have trouble generating power on running forehands.
I'm sure the general consensus is that these arent equal to the ALU in anyway, but just want to know what you guys think the Sonic Pro/Competition got over the ALU.

I prefer competition to alu. I think it has better feel, and plays more consistently over its life.

I have no experience with Sonic Pro.

I use competition 17g as my main string right now. Its a pretty average string, nothing really stands out. Durability was so so. Power was there, but not all the time. Same with spin. Sometimes I had feel, sometimes i did not. I use a mgpp at 56 lbs. Overall i find it to be an average string that will perform outstandingly or it will be awful
