My quads are extremely sore and I can barely walk!!!
I think I over did it the other day cause I did some P90X,went jogging, and played tennis that night...
Does anyone know anything that can help the healing process?

    Rest up.

In the future, I would advise that you try stretching after your workouts and taking ice baths. I find the ice baths seem to help with soreness

Ice will help speed recovery. Ice is used for injuries and although you're not technically injured, you do have small tears in your muscles causing your soreness. If you treat those tiny tears as an injury, you'd ice that area so go ahead and ice those quads.

Milk would make little to no difference...

I have sore legs atleast 3 days of the week due to weightlifting but I just get on with it, I'm happy I know i've done something to make them sore.
