My should has been sore for the last couple of weeks when I play tennis, golf and lift. The soreness is in the front of my right shoulder just to the right of my collar bone. It's not real painful, it just feel tight and sore, almost like a muscle knot that won't go away.

Has anyone else had this shoulder pain? Did you get it from tennis, bench pressing or something else? Are there any good stretches or other ways to get rid of it?

I have it, its from tennis. It's probably an inflamation. I'm not allowed to play until mid-July because of my inflamed bicep and that tenderness in the area you described. I'd rest a little bit before you go play or go to a doctor.

When I need to stretch it out I like to do this elbow stretch

Sometimes you can feel it right in that area you described before. That's what I do.
