Does anyone make something like this any more for natural gut?
My bottle is finally drying out and I haven't been able to find a replacement anywhere so it seems Babolat no longer makes it.
It did help the gut last longer which Babolat probably doesn't want you to do :p

Any idea what's in it? Is there a homebrew version of it?

I don't think its made any more. I think it went out when gut coating became the norm. There used to be a few products for spraying on gut, but that was when gut was uncoated. I don't see why you'd really need it any more unless you've stumbled across a great buy on some uncoated natural gut.

I still use coated gut (BDE Perf and Babolat VS). What I find is that after you use the cut for a while, the coating gets scraped off so the strings fray like crazy (which leads to breakage eventually). String savers help a bit, but the Babolat All Season coated the string enough to keep it from fraying as quickly. Did a test between two racquets (one w/ and one w/o) and the difference was fairly substantial...
