Spiky shark help

    anyone used spiky shark? How it feel? how u string it? did you hybrid?

    well, its a stiff poly and if u don't get arm problems using a full bed and if u like it like that then u don't need to. But i string really high in the 70's and im developing some soreness so i have to hybrid my ALU's very soon now.

    The string in particular isn't very harsh. Similar softness to the Pro Line 2. But usually i will hybrid with Prince Syn Multi for the ball pockety feeling. Or Isospeed Control.

    I did a few hybrids of Spiky Shark with multis, such as X-1 or Gamma Pro. When stringing, SS seems to be very stiff, but it does play a bit softer than one would expect. I normally had SS in the mains and multi in crosses, but I swapped the setup recently and started to use multis (or Gut) in the mains. Spiky Shark in crosses was a real pain to string :( It is a nice co-poly though...

    Just to add, I string it really low...usually high 40s (never above 50).
