I am currently playing with SPPP 1.18/ Nxt Max 16 at 54/60 on a Wilson NTour. Am looking to venture towards a full poly setup.

How much lower should I string it for a full poly setup compared to the 54/60 hybrid above.

Also I saw some really great reviews at String forum for the Proline II strings. How do these strings compare to SPPP ?

Are they noticeably softer than SPPP ?

I love the amount of spin and control I get from SPPP. The only minor gripes are the slightly decreased feel and boardy feeling with a fresh set.

    Thanks for your responses folks.

Pro Line II is softer than SPPP because Kirshbaum prestretches their strings. You will obtain less spin and control than SPPP.

I usually string mine at 55 lbs. Tension is pretty much personal preference.
