(I'm smirking while creating this post): Since some racquets are hollow inside the grip, has anyone ever used spray foam insulation to fill in that cavity? I'm curious to know if anyone has ever found it beneficial in the areas of: vibration control, feel, weight, balance, etc.

It should work and help with vibration dampening, if it's needed. It will also reduce feedback, which might not be what you're looking for. It will add weight and I haven't heard of anyway to predict how much it will weigh, so that would be a challenge. In any case, you'd need to use the minimally expanding type, not the type that blows up to 4 times its original size.
