Fed: You of all people cannot give up. As Tug McGraw once said, "You gotta believe."
One of the lamest posts ever, even considering the source.
What is this ? answer ?
like I said, what is going on with Morrissey who was winning most of his matches at #1 spot last year ?????
and What is going on with Paige ? who was one of the top Juniors few years ago ??
Sameer Kumar into the round of 16 of the Aussie juniors. He knocked of the #9 seed Mikael Ymer who is the younger of the two Ymer brothers, the last Swedish tennis hopes.
Do you think Kumar will help the Cardinal win the NCAA title next year ?
He's the next Leander Paes.
Or the next Ghandi
I see that Coach Goldstein's tenure is at risk. Now that Fed..err, Nostardamus, has spoken, I am sure that with his close, personal ties to Standford, that the new coach will be gone very soon.
Thanks for getting out ahead of Feddie with the predictions. These players and Goldstein's future success are now secure.
Card was awesome today. Bottom three led the way. Will still be a good season.
Wow they beat UNLV? Strong win! Go cards!
You will see, my friend. Paul has the makings of very good coach.
Agree, that was a great win. Romanowicz still struggling. He needs to pick it up and improve his serve.
It is Card as in Cardinal.
the color, not the bird !
How many years do you think it will take Paul to bring home the championships once again ?
You were missed.
Oh Thank you, I missed you guys as well. You guys are the only family and Friends I have and it was devastating not to interact with you guys. Really devastating.......... I love you guys.
Looks like they have the scoreboard fixed - pouring down rain right now at Stanford. BYU coming in tomorrow at 2.
Yes, they had the scoreboard going for the women's matches last week. Only thing is that the doubles points winner is not visible once it gets to singles, but nice nonetheless.
See twitter post of https://twitter.com/StanfordTennis.
It appears they are playing the saturday match already tonight on Friday night due to rain this weekend: Still one D-I tennis match on the schedule. It's a 9:30 p.m. PT start for Stanford/BYU at Bay Club SF Tennis. Stop by if you're in the city!
That's interesting because Cal and San Francisco are also playing there at the same time - must be a larger club.
Must have been an interesting and busy night out there.
Bayclub has 12 outdoor + 12 indoor courts...
Stanford won 6:1

What is going on with David Hsu ? he has fallen out of top 6 in the lineup........? he was supposed to be one of the top star player...
Hsu is obviously injured. If he is 100% he is one of Stanford most valuable players
He was practicing the other day just fine. I believe he was practicing with Nolan paige.
Stanford-Cal today at Berkeley.
problem... I cannot get the video to work... anyone ??
Cal took doubles
can you get the video to work? Link?
Stanford got early lead in singles on five courts
I ve just twitter
Stanford four sets cal two
Close to a win
Stanford 2-1 ahead
Only certain courts seem to work for me - I've got 3, 4, and 6 that work
3-1 now. Cal REALLY weak this year. Not top20. Maybe even not top30
3-2 Stanford #2 got injury early in 2nd and never recovered
I thought that was Fawcett at #1 that had the injury but he still won. Didn't see anything about Wilczynski at #2.
Cal Twitter Told so
third sets now. Cal had it But could not close it. Overall cal looks weak in singles
The injury was at #1 - Up 6-2 2-1 (30-15) on 1, Stanford's Fawcett needs a medical timeout after a leg injury but resumes play. Now 2-2 in 2nd set
Cal fight s for the Comeback win right now
Stanford has to Rally now
Tied at three now
Nishimura blows a 5-2 lead. .5-4 now only. .crazy
5-5 now. .What a lost lead by Jt..headcase
Romanowicz stayed the course while Nishimura tightened up like a drum and played as tentative as you could - when he wasn't hitting the ball out he was hitting it right down the middle and short too.
Wow, what a comeback Romanowicz! Well done boy. That new FH is doing wonders...
Stanford wins 4-3 after losing the doubles point. Great win, and well deserved!
This is IT, boys. now with this win, Cardinal proved today that they are TOP 10 team. Perfect spot to be in going into the NCAA championships.
and Romanowicz is GOD, mentally toughest player ever.
D1 championship trophy is coming home to the Farm...................
Excellent—but fortunate—win for the Card. Paige, Morrisey and Fawcett were strong in singles, but one and three doubles did not show resolve. Maciek was the ultimate warrior. Need to have a great practice week and a determined showing in Tuesday's match against Hawaii. Should be close to top 20. LA will be interesting.
