Lots of great playing classic racquets out there.

I have classic woodies, later model wood/graphite racquets, early graphite from the 80's (these in my opinion are the best playing racquets ever made).

Try to only buy super clean specimans in your grip size.

Have fun. It's a great hobby

it all depends on the purpose of your collection. some people only collect vintage wilson racquets. some people only collect racquets that they like playing with. i mean it's probably best that you come up with a category for the racquets in which you wish to collect. youve brought up the ps85, so i might assume you're collecting racquets with value and popularity. in that case you might want to check into the wilson st.vincent-made racquets. some old yonex's, prestiges, princes, etc

I went through a period of addiction after my kids were born and I was off the courts for awhile. My collection is primarily mint condition woods, (see pic in rare rackets thread) not so much into the graphite rackets. I do have a Bergelin Long String that I never had the patience to string, I think I'm going to sell that one here shortly.
