Steffi won the "Serena Slam" in 1993/94 - and didn't even know it!

Stefanie Maria ("Steffi") Graf won the FO 1993, Wimbledon 1993, USO 1993 AND AO 1994 - the "Serena Slam"!

But poor Steffi didn't realize this as Serena was only 12 years old at this time ...

I often wonder what Serena smells like after a match.

    Methinks its not good.

So it should be called Steffi Slam instead of Serena Slam.

Court and Martina did it, too.

Probably she couldn't care less as she had the real one (+Olympics) from '88...

    No, they didn't.
Court won FO-AO only as part of her Grand Slam in 1970/71.
And Navratilova's 1983/84 sequence didn't start with FO.

Of course, Court won 6 in a row between USO 1969 (she also won the US amateur that year), her real GS in 1970 and the 1971 AO. If one would change the Calendar concept into a more open Slam concept, then she won the first Slam at Wim 1970, then her second at Forest Hills 1970, and then her third at AO 1971.

Ha ha, I like this! Amazing how little the so-called tennis experts today keep track of stats and history. So we've had Navratilova Slams, Steffi Slams, calendar Slams and the incomparable Golden Slam, but of course when Serena dismisses it all with nary a thought to dub hers the Serena Slam, everyone sits up to take notice.

HAHAHAHA HAHAHAAH HAHAHA I hope a journalist asks her about this in a press conference, although Serena will just give a sarcastic comedic response to it.

Tell that to Serena she might throw a hissy fit and threaten to shove something down your throat.
