well, ive been noticing that big ace just feels a little...soft for my tastes, even at high tensions. since i have commited to a reel, ive decided to hybrid it with a stiffer poly to stiffen up the stringbed some. i dont want to spend more then 40 or 50 dollars, ive been looking at the isospeed baseline, but people say how soft they are and i dont wat to commit to another reel of too soft string, any suggestions?

I was stringing Premier Ace yesterday on my APDC and it snapped on me. BTW, Nick how do the leather grips play on the Babolats?

Thats strange...ive used about 5 reels now with no issues.

The leather plays great...adds a bit more weight to the handle which is what I wanted. I used the stock grip with an overgrip for a while but just couldnt get used to the soft feel.

Cyberflash would be a better option than Premier ace. Will make it alot crisper.
