Hi, I was hoping some knowledgable members could give me some advice.

I have an Aerpro Drive in size 2 grip (4 1/4) that still has the original Syntec grip that came with the racket because I haven't had it for very long. Thing is it seems rather large for a size 2, more like a size 3 and I have small hands so find it slips out my hand sometimes, particularly on the serve.

I've read many people say Babolat grips are slightly bigger than the actual measurement but what I'm hoping to know is if I regrip the racket tightly with a different grip (I have some Prince DuraTac) will it come out smaller? Is it the grip they've put on or the actual size of the handle on the APD that is oversized?

    Thanks in advance.

People say Babolat Skin Feel and Prince Resithin are very thin grips. You might try DuraTac first and if it still feels thick, try thinner grips.

Usually, the grips are compressed over time.

Skin feel on a Babolat grip typically makes the grip feel more like a "normal" size. I agree... Babs tend to feel larger for the particular size.

Thank you for the advice I'm going to try Babolat skin feel.
