Yep, Stosur served 208km serve against Martinez Sanchez in Bali. Beating Venus' 207km. Too bad she lost that match.

What's the point of a big serve if it doesn't win you matches.?

Just numbers on a stats board.

Geez I never knew she packed this much punch on serve.

One could argue she is not completely a "woman".

Really? Lol, that's probably one of the more shallow posts on this board IMO...

I'm actually very happy for Sam, even though she did lose the match. She has one of the best serves on tour (a REALLY nice kicker) so it was only a matter of time that technique trumped reach (IE Stosur has a MUCH better service motion than that of Venus).

How could that argument be made exactly?

Sam's always been one of the biggest servers in the WTA. Just has trouble backing it up with a solid ground game. That serve has definitely helped her win all those doubles titles.

Her sexual orientation actually doesn't change her hormone levels, or her gender.

Her body build looks very muscular and manly. Yeah her sexual orientation doesn't change her hormone levels. They might change the sexual orientation, actually. Or she might be taking some - it's not a banned substance as far as I know.

Actually, steroid are hormones, and yes they are banned. Stosur has always been in superb shape and had buff arms. She's an athlete. She got her muscles through hard work. That doesn't make her any less of a woman.
