What are the advantage of straight arm compare to double bend?
Straight arm's good for an efh.
Wait, are you talking about the 2HBH or a forehand OP?
Good question. I was wondering myself.
About a forehand, I think that a 2HBH straight arm is impossible.
Would be that straight arm have more velocity of ball and the double bend more control?.... but Gonzalez plays with double bend hand have one of the most rapid forehand,... i don´t know
Tell that to Andy Roddick.
Just out of curiosity, I always here the term "double bend" but have no idea what it is. Can someone explain briefly to me what it is?
Bent elbow, cocked wrist.
can you give me the name of a pro that does each so I can compare what it looks like?
Roddick, Nadal, Gonzalez.
what about straight arm?
Federer sometimes, but he double bends too so he's 50/50.
Verdasco uses the straight arm technique.
I thought Nadal was a str8 arm guy?
I know fo sho that Djoko is a double bend.
Federer is str8 for the most of the time.
nadal is a straight arm strictly, federer is a 50/50, verdasco, becker, and schriscrhipan are all straight arm
Wait, what does it mean to have the wrist cocked? and any pics?
Separate names with a comma.
