    6-4 6-4 win for a self-rated player against a computer-rated 3.5, but this opponent was 10-0 season-to-date.

This opponent had moved from a different section and has been 3.5 for several years. Obviously our section is cupcakes compared to his old home.

Question- Could the self-rated player get a strike if the computer-rated opponent has played so well previously that his DNTRP is above 3.5 now?

Yes. Thats pretty much the definition of a strike. Its possible that the self rated player could lose a match like that and still have it generate a strike.
