String Gauges

    i know this is like a given but still............... its easier to break strings with higher gauges than lower ones rite? im just wonderin cuz i play with a 15L n it barely breakes

    yeah . the higher the number. the thinner the string therefore easier to break.

    15L:shock: Wow u must b using a nice soft string or have great technique! And yup, higher # = thinner gauge.

    Man I hardly kno any1 who plays with 16g and I only kno 1 who plays with 15g and he breaks every week like clock work! Iv never used anything other then 17g poly since I started breaking a few years back.
