String keeps tension best?

    What string do you think keeps its tension best? And how much is it and is it worth its value? feel and durability?

    agreed nat got holds very good also does some cheap toalson strings when i've strung racquets.

    SPPP holds tension reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllly well too.

    Signum pro poly plasma and Hextreme claim to hold tension better than natural gut

    where in NJ do you live? and SPPP holds well for a poly, but natural gut takes the cake.

    *edit* oh wait, I recall you saying that you live in West Windsor, probably not near Galloway

    Natural gut would provide the best tension hold. The best blend that I've ever tried that held tension well was SPPP with Isospeed New Professional (other than natural gut, for us people who don't want to spend the extra $$)

    just restrung my racquet with sppp 17 every other time some1 has. its great i agree with most other users that posted it.

    well...yes way that they claim it holds tension better than natural gut.
    maybe they tested the natural gut with erratic temperatures..
